Zoning Permits
A Zoning permit is required for construction, installation or demolition of any dwelling, addition, roofed structure, swimming pool, sign, tower, fence or structure with a height such that exceeds the maximum building height for a zoning district. Please call the Zoning Office at 814-474-5942 with any questions regarding the requirement of a permit.
A Building Inspection permit may also be required for your project and may be obtained through Building Inspection Underwriters (BIU), at the Fairview Township building between the hours of 8:00AM and 9:00AM.
