Administrative Duties
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all Township proceedings, including meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and other official documents.
Ensure all records are accessible and organized for easy reference by the Board of Supervisors and the public.
Correspondence:
Handle all official correspondence on behalf of the Township, including communication with residents, businesses, and government agencies.
Ensure timely responses to inquiries and the proper dissemination of information.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas and other necessary documents for meetings of the Board of Supervisors.
Notify Board members and the public of upcoming meetings in compliance with the Sunshine Act.
