Women's Self Defense Class

This 3-part workshop will help empower women to feel more confident about their own personal safety. Whether you are running daily errands, walking, jogging or on vacation with the family, everyone can benefit from additional knowledge on self-protection.
Class one- will focus on general awareness and boundary setting skills. Learn how to deescalate conflict through using proper breathing, voice and body posture
Class two- will introduce basic physical protection skills of gross motor movement to program "muscle memory" patterns into the brain while under stress.
Class three- will advance gross motor skill development and also incorporate basic gun defense.
Rachel Cheeseman has been practicing the martial arts for 30 years and has been teaching practical self-defense skills for 20 years. Rachel holds a 2nd degree black belt in the style of Chinese Kung Fu Karate Self Defense and a 1st degree black belt in the hand-to-hand combat style of Krav Maga. 5 min – 12 max
