Mission Statement

The purpose of Fairview Parks and Recreation is to build a public recreation program into and about public parks, schools, grounds, and facilities for the benefit of the citizens of the community.

Th office is located within the Fairview Township Municipal Building at 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA 16415

The Recreation Board is made up of 7 volunteer members, and two alternate members who serve a five year term. The Director is not a Board member. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM at the Fairview Township Municipal Building. Meetings are open to the public.

Program schedules are mailed in The View magazine for free four times a year: Spring in mid-February, Summer in mid-May, Fall in mid-August and Winter in mid-November. Copies are also available for free at the FTPR office.
