Healing Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice to deepen our connection to ourselves. By using our breath connected, to our movements, it helps us to find our inner peace and calm. The word Yoga means “to yoke” or “make a union of”. We make a union of our mind, body and breath to move as one, which is a very healing practice. Come join us this January on a journey to discover ourselves!

Week 1-Intro to Yoga-This class is designed for those who wish to give yoga a try, or have a basic understanding of yoga. Week 2-Going Deeper with Essential Oils-Take the next step, incorporating essential oils to deepen our practice. Week 3-Restorative Yoga-Rest easily and restore ourselves.  Please bring 3-4 blankets and 2 pillows. Week 4-Integration-Let’s put it all together and enjoy this healing mind-body practice. Minimum of 5 people to hold the class, maximum of 20.
