New Branch Library For West County Residents

The Erie County Public Library Foundation has opened the new branch library at the corner of West Lake and Manchester Roads for your use and enjoyment. The new Lincoln Community Center is over 7,700 square feet, making it the largest branch in the County Library system. The new branch is equipped with wireless internet, houses over 50,000 materials, and has 12 state-of-the art computers for families and residents to use. It also has a large Community Room and a wonderful Children’s Area. The library has preserved green space to host outdoor events as well.
